* - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing nursing home facilities.
- Stay informed about industry standards and best practices, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.

- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

* Qualifications:

* - Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in geriatric nursing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced and challenging healthcare environment.
