• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Administer medications and complete assessments and treatments
• Document the provision of services
• Assist with activities of daily living care and support CNAs when needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina or a compact license allowing practice in North Carolina
• Long‑term care experience
• Positive attitude and bedside manner
• Strong desire to work with people and provide compassionate care
