Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical unit with night shifts, floating, and rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities- Work in the Medical Surgical unit of a hospital
- Night shifts of 3x12 or 4x12 hours from 18:30 to 07:00
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
- Floating to other units as needed
- No local candidates accepted; must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
- RN is expected to support and help educate nursing students in addition to providing clinical care
- General orientation begins on Sundays and includes completion of CBLs online
- Scrub color or dress code not specified
- Active RN license from TN or compact state at time of consideration
- AHA BLS certification required
- AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred
