Available Shifts & Schedule- Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Employment Status: PRN (As Needed)
- Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 12-Hour Shifts
- Scheduling Based on Facility Needs and Employee Availability
- Weekend and Holiday Availability May Be Needed
As a PRN Registered Nurse at The Greens at Erwin, you will:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately according to physician orders.
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition, communicating with physicians and appropriate healthcare providers.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Follow infection control practices, safety procedures, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and resident-centered nursing environment.
- Current, active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited or approved Registered Nursing program.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the nursing team.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care.
- Ability to work PRN day shifts based on scheduling needs.
