American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a day shift position requiring a TN or compact license and at least 2 years of experience.

• Work in a Medical Surgical unit of a hospital setting
• 1:7 patient ratios
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours (6:30 AM-7:00 PM)
• Scheduling options include 36/36, 36/48, or 48/48 hours per two-week period
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• 2 years of RN experience required
• AHA BLS, NIHSS, and AHA ACLS certifications preferred

• Participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside standard patient care duties
• General orientation begins on Sundays with online coursework
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must reside 100+ miles from the facility's service area; local candidates are not accepted
