The Greens at Erwin is seeking caring and motivated CNAs to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team, with additional opportunities to support our Shower Team!

In this position, you will primarily serve as a Certified Nursing Assistant
, providing essential daily care and assistance to our residents. You will also support our facility's shower team by assisting residents with scheduled showers, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming needs.

• Every Other Weekend Rotation

• Additional Shifts May Be Available Based on Facility Needs

• Primary Assignment: CNA Responsibilities with Additional Shower Team Support

As a Day Shift Certified Nursing Assistant at The Greens at Erwin, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Support residents with repositioning, transfers, ambulation, and mobility as appropriate.

• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing individualized, resident-centered care.

• Monitor and observe residents, promptly reporting changes in condition or concerns to the nursing team.

• Respond to resident needs and call lights promptly and compassionately.

• Assist residents during meals, activities, and daily routines as needed.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Follow established infection control practices, safety procedures, and facility policies.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care.

In addition to regular CNA duties, this position will also assist with our facility's Shower Team
