• Provide fantastic backyard hospitality for guests
• Work quickly and independently
• Cross‑train and work multiple stations
• Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures
• Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
• Take initiative and pitch in to help others

• Arrive on time and report shifts accurately
• Complete hot and cold food prep following recipes and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in preparing take‑out and catering orders promptly
• Follow station and cleaning checklists consistently
• Maintain a positive attitude toward teammates and guests
