Cook/Assistant Cook

Location: Johnson City, TN
Position Summary: Performs specified duties to maintain high standards of quality food preparation, production, service, and portion control using standardized recipes for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and execute recipes consistently.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.
- Monitor portion sizes and food quality.
- Assist with menu planning and inventory control.
- Support team during peak service periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous professional kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and preparation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
Benefits:
- Full‑time with benefits.
- Day and evening shifts with flexible hours.
- $2,500 sign‑on bonus available.
Salary: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour.
