The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as a guide on our customers’ beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides extensive training to support your knowledge and skills. • Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.

Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
