• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their needs when assistance is requested.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to support goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how procedures such as setting up merchandise, managing stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; move merchandise safely, including frequent lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and elements; roles may include Drive-Up or carryout responsibilities.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
