Assistant Store Manager – Spencer’s

Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 - $15.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop and manage staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain Guest Services and uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Required prior retail and/or management experience.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours a day.
