Help Auto-Chlor System grow in the Tri-Cities, one handshake, one cold call, and one new customer at a time. We are searching for someone who is wired for activity, competition, and growth. Someone who loves meeting people and gets excited about building a book of business from scratch.
If you’ve worked in the restaurant/hospitality world, you’ll find that your instincts, pace, and communication style translate well here. Many of our top performers came from kitchens, bars, catering, or restaurant management. We provide training, coaching, ride-alongs, and support.

Key Responsibilities- Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
- Build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
- Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
- Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
- Represent a family-owned business known for quality service & long-term customer relationships.
- High-energy, outgoing, and competitive.
- Comfortable walking into businesses without appointments.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with time and activity.
- Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust.
- Excited about a role where your success is directly tied to your effort.
- Top Performers are >$100,000 a year (base + commission).
