Door to Door Sales Agent

Door Driven is a leader in door-to-door sales, specializing in delivering high-speed fiber internet to homes and businesses. Dedicated to connecting communities, we focus on personalized service to meet the unique needs of each customer. We focus heavily on developing new salespeople, even with zero sales experience, into experienced closers who have the confidence to go off to start businesses, run sales teams, or follow their dreams.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Johnson City, TN and surrounding area, for a Door to Door Sales Agent. The responsibilities include engaging with potential customers directly at their homes to schedule installations of fiber internet services. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Agents will represent the company professionally while creating a positive experience for customers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and present solutions.
• Proven sales and sales management experience, with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to close deals.
• Willingness to participate in training to develop and enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Knowledge of or experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time management and problem‑solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the designated area.
