Rainbow Restoration is a full-service restoration and construction company specializing in residential and commercial carpentry, remodeling, water and fire restoration, repairs, framing, drywall, and finish work across the Tri-Cities.

• Perform carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, demo, and general construction tasks
• Assist in water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration projects
• Work hands‑on in residential and commercial environments
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery
• Collaborate with project leads, superintendents, and team members
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and uphold high safety and quality standards
• Represent Rainbow Restoration with professionalism, respect, and integrity

• Experience as a Skilled Laborer or Carpenter strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, follow directions, and work independently
• Proficiency with basic construction tools and materials
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in environments such as heights and crawlspaces
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
