This is your foot in the door to a trade career that includes painting, water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, insulation, and detailed cleaning. Every day is different, and every project brings new challenges and opportunities.

• Assist lead painters with prepping, sanding, masking, rolling, and brush work
• Help with general labor across job sites (yes, that includes demo days)
• Support mitigation and mold crews in drying, cleaning, and restoring homes
• Pitch in with insulation installs, construction cleanup, and more
• Be a dependable extra set of hands wherever the job needs you
• Learn valuable skills in restoration, remodeling, and remediation

• Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces when needed

• Have experience in painting, construction, restoration, or cleaning
• Are eager to learn water mitigation or mold remediation
• Are motivated, respectful, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
