What You’ll Do:

• Frame, drywall, finish, and trim with precision and pride.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings like a pro.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain safe, organized, and top-quality worksites.
• Collaborate with project managers and tradespeople to bring projects to life.
• Solve challenges on the fly because no two projects are ever the same.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven carpentry experience (residential and commercial a big plus).
• Skilled with tools, equipment, and materials.
• Able to read blueprints and follow technical plans.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, flexible, and a great communicator.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
