Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional
• Provide on-site estimates, close sales and deliver outstanding reults.
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.
• Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
• Use our iPad-based system for smooth scheduling, estimating and job tracking.
• Leave every job site clean, looking sharp and every customer smiling.

Qualifications These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
• 10+ years of professional carpentry/remodeling experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales/estimating skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs.
• Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle.

Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $24 to $32/hr and is dependent on your experience.
