Compensation

• Sign-on bonus provided
• Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
• Earnings in the range of $250,000 to $425,000+ annually

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in one or more US states, BC, unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
