Skill Development Parent (PRN - Flexible Hours)

Join Child Serve as a temporary, 1:1 Skill Development Parent providing care, skill development, and supervision for a child receiving services at Child Serve.

• Provide 1:1 personal care, skill development, and training tailored to each child.
• Teach daily living skills and conduct engaging activities.
• Document observations and services accurately.
• Receive ongoing training and supervision.

Flexible hours. Most shifts occur after 4 pm Monday–Friday or on weekends.

• At least 18 years old with a high‑school diploma or GED.
• Parent of a child receiving services at Child Serve.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet access.
• Valid driver’s license held for 3 years, passing a motor‑vehicle record and car safety check; willing to act as an authorized Child Serve driver.
• Criminal and child‑abuse background checks, punctual attendance, and effective communication in English.
