Respite Support Professional; PRN

Do you want to get paid to have fun? If so, Child Serve Respite has a job for you! As a Respite Assistant, you will provide personal care and supervision for children with special health care needs in our clients home and out in the community.

Flexible hours! Most shifts occur after 4pm Monday – Friday or on the weekends.

• Have fun with kids while their regular caregivers get a break
• Be creative while engaging children in activities
• Provide 1:1 care in the child’s home or in the community
• Receive ongoing training and supervision

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply
• Those 18 and over must be willing to provide transportation as a Child Serve authorized driver, if required. This includes passing a motor vehicle record check and car safety check and able to provide a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand
• Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
