A staffing agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 3-month assignment in Johnston, Iowa. Responsibilities include providing support to customers, documenting interactions, and solving issues via phone. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience and possess strong communication skills. This position requires a high school diploma, with preference for a bachelor's degree.

Training will be provided, and shifts are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
