Child Serve in Iowa is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support our ABA program. You will implement child-specific ABA programs, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help children reach goals.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:45am–4:45pm with 40 hours per week guaranteed. We offer medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA/FSA options, EAP, a 403(b) match, life and disability insurance, and PTO, plus strong training and career growth opportunities.
