Our client, an industry leader in agricultural biotechnology, is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join their innovative team. As a Laboratory Technician,you will be an integral part of the Crop Transformation Systems within the Biotechnology/Trait Discovery and Optimization department.

• Follow standard operating procedures to generate high‑quality transgenic and genome‑editing events for trait discovery and product development.
• Prepare explants, perform transformation, and regenerate tissue to produce transgenic or genome‑edited plants.
• Maintain accurate electronic and legal notebook records, summarizing results and identifying areas for improvement.
• Execute laboratory work adhering to safety and ergonomic standards, organizing daily workflow to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in plant transformation or related laboratory techniques preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols diligently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Motivation to contribute to innovative research in biotechnology.
