Full‑Time, 11am‑7pm, rotating weekends

• Basic understanding of menus, recipes, and preferences of regulatory requirements and individual preferences.
• Clean, maintain and ensure that dishes, kitchen, and all equipment are sanitary and in good working order.
• Support with scratch cooking techniques to provide fresh, flavorful, and nutritious meals daily.
• Manage the dining room, atmosphere, and overall experience.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a passion for great food preparation, taste, and presentation.
• Demonstrates a high aptitude for food and kitchen management.
