Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking a Full-Time Shift Leader to support operations management and training for donated-goods retail employees. Starting wage is $16.00/hour with a $1.00/hour weekend premium, plus monthly bonus eligibility and annual merit increase potential.
Shifts may run Monday–Saturday 8am–10pm and Sunday 11am–6pm; a flexible schedule is required to cover any shift. This role focuses on coaching, pricing donated goods, customer service, and maintaining store standards.
