What You’ll Do- Support clients with daily routines, household responsibilities, personal care, and medication needs.

- Help clients participate in employment, education, recreation, relationships, and community activities.
- Follow each client’s individualized service plan while adapting support to their needs and abilities.
- Encourage clients to make informed choices, advocate for themselves, and become increasingly independent.
- Respond calmly and appropriately when clients are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Maintain a safe, clean, respectful, and home-like environment.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, families, case managers, coworkers, and other members of the support team.
The strongest candidates will be:
- Compassionate and committed to treating every person with dignity and respect.
- Dependable and able to follow through on responsibilities.
- Patient, emotionally mature, and comfortable supporting people with varying needs.
- Able to balance safety with client choice and independence.
- Flexible and able to respond calmly when plans or needs change.
- Strong communicators who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn, accept feedback, and consistently apply training.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements.
- Ability to complete required background checks and training.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete electronic documentation.
