DescriptionCase Administrator (Legal Services/Administrative Support) - The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a detail-oriented and service-driven Case Administrator. You will handle day-to-day case administration through our proprietary case management system, correspond with parties, attorneys, and neutrals, and ensure accurate scheduling, documentation, and billing processes.
Work EnvironmentThe successful applicant will work from our Johnston, Rhode Island office on a hybrid basis. This position’s starting annual salary range is $51,961 – $55,018, with quarterly performance-based incentives and a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, orthodontia, and vision coverage.
Qualifications- Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three years of experience in customer service, case administration, or legal environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfort with web-based systems and adaptability to new technologies
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
