Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices! We are looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis today at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Johnston, RI area.

Employment Details

Johnston, RI
Compensation:
Starting base rate negotiable, guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800 during introductory period. Full‑time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
  • Deliver best‑in‑class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed.
  • Learn and apply industry‑leading processes through paid training.
Qualifications
  • No experience required; paid training provided.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work five days per week.
  • Motivated by incentive compensation, reliable, punctual, team‑oriented, fast‑paced, active, flexible for learning.
