The Project Manager leads the successful delivery of complex technology and business initiatives. The role serves as a central coordination point among engineering, product, machine-learning, client-facing, operations, and business teams, translating priorities into executable plans and maintaining clear ownership across roadmaps, sprints, releases, development requests, quality assurance, onboarding, and client escalations.
This position is accountable for delivery visibility, disciplined prioritization, dependency management, risk and issue escalation, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication. The Technical Project Manager helps teams deliver predictable outcomes, supports organizational readiness for change, tracks progress against defined objectives and success measures, and promotes consistent project and program management practices.
Responsibilities- Engineering roadmaps, releases, and sprint management: Coordinate engineering roadmaps, release schedules, sprint planning, and delivery activities. Establish milestones, clarify priorities, track commitments, identify dependencies, and help teams resolve barriers that could affect scope, timing, quality, or business value.
- Development-ticket and inbound-request ownership: Own the intake, documentation, triage, prioritization, assignment, and tracking of development tickets and inbound technical requests. Maintain a clear view of status, decisions, dependencies, service expectations, and required follow‑up.
- Release quality assurance and validation: Coordinate release readiness, quality‑assurance activities, acceptance testing, defect tracking, and post‑release validation. Confirm that requirements and acceptance criteria are documented, responsible owners are identified, and unresolved risks are escalated before implementation.
- Technical client‑channel monitoring and escalation: Monitor designated technical client channels for questions, incidents, patterns, and emerging concerns. Route issues to the appropriate technical or business owner, facilitate timely escalation, document decisions, and maintain communication through resolution.
- New‑client onboarding support: Coordinate technical work associated with new client onboarding, including requirements gathering, implementation planning, data and system readiness, issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and handoffs among client, engineering, product, and business teams.
- Machine‑learning data and model‑training coordination: Coordinate contributors supporting machine‑learning data preparation, labeling, validation, and model‑training activities. Track assignments, dependencies, quality requirements, delivery progress, and decisions in partnership with the appropriate technical owners.
- Special‑client‑request routing: Evaluate, document, and route special client requests to the appropriate product, engineering, machine‑learning, operations, or business teams. Ensure ownership, priority, feasibility considerations, decisions, and follow‑up actions are clearly recorded.
