Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking an experienced Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our Post-Acute Dialysis team
, supporting patients within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) dialysis den while maintaining flexibility to assist nearby outpatient clinics as needed.

This role is ideal for CCHTs who enjoy autonomy, variety, and delivering high-quality care in a quieter, more controlled post-acute setting-while still maintaining full-time stability and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, effective hemodialysis treatments alongside an RN and nephrology team
• Prepare, monitor, troubleshoot, and disinfect dialysis equipment according to protocol
• Accurately document treatment data, vital signs, and patient responses
• Observe patients during treatment and promptly report changes in condition
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and patient-centered dialysis environment
• Support in-center clinics (Johnston & Pawtucket) as needed to maintain consistent hours

Work Experience What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CCHT certification (BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO)
  Or ability to obtain certification within 18 months of hire
• Current BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire)
• Completion of facility-specific dialysis training with demonstrated competency
• Prior ESRD/dialysis experience required.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and patient-first mindset

Salary Range
