Companion Caregiver (Papa Pal) DutiesAt Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company. As a caregiver in Johnston, RI, you’ll make a positive impact in your community.
Compensation and Benefits- Earn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses
- Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on your location, not available everywhere)
- Flexible schedule – choose from hourly visit opportunities typically 2‑4 hours each using the mobile app
- No prior caregiving experience needed!
