Job Title: Specialist Recruiter (Security & Technology)
Location: Johnston, RI 02919
Job Type: 6+ Month Contract (Possible Extension / Potential to Convert)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary

The Bank is seeking a Contract Specialist Recruiter to support hiring within its Enterprise Technology & Security Services division. This high-impact role will focus on recruiting security and technology talent, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, including SOC Analysts, Security Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, Cloud/Security Engineers, Physical Security, and Investigations Specialists
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and business leaders (up to VP level)
  • Act as a Talent Advisor, providing market insights, sourcing strategies, interview best practices, and guidance on candidate experience
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
  • Manage offer development, approvals, negotiations, and counteroffers
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, audits, and employment regulations
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years supporting Security and Technology organizations
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using traditional and social channels
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage high-volume, fast-paced recruiting
  • Experience with behavioral interviewing and talent advisory consulting
  • ATS experience required (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)
  • Knowledge of employment law, EEO, and AAP
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent industry experience considered)
