A leading Bank is looking for an experienced Specialist Recruiter to support hiring across Enterprise Technology & Security Services
. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver top‑tier security and technology talent.
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for exempt & non‑exempt roles including SOC Analysts, Security Engineers, Architects, Cloud/Security Engineers, Business Analysts, Physical Security & Investigations Specialists
- Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs & business leaders (up to VP level)
- Act as a Talent Advisor—providing market insights, sourcing strategies & interview best practices
- Build diverse and proactive talent pipelines for critical technology roles
- Manage offers, approvals, negotiations & counteroffers
- Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, audits & employment regulations
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years in Technology/Security hiring)
- Ability to manage high‑volume recruiting in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with behavioral interviewing & consultative hiring
- ATS experience required (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)
- Knowledge of employment law, EEO & AAP
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
- Recruit for critical cybersecurity & enterprise technology roles
- Be part of technology transformation & cloud migration initiatives
- Work in a Talent Advisor model (not just transactional recruiting)
- Handle 15–20 requisitions while supporting multiple hiring managers
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and VPs
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
