Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department, supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Johnston, RI. HYBRID (4 days a week onsite)

Duration: 4 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

Pay Range: $29/hr on W2

Role Type: Recruiting Coordinator

Business Line: Retail recruiting; supports end‑to‑end coordination, scheduling, candidate communication, sending offers, and automated interviews (Paradox).

Requirements: Strong coordination skills.

Experience: 0–3 years; HR/TA/recruiting experience preferred.

Work Style: Able to work independently and in a team; strong communication during handoffs.

Tools: Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Assignment Length: 4–5 months, with potential to convert.

Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days in office.

KPIs: Focused on scheduling timelines and other talent advisor metrics.

Team Structure: Supporting 6 different recruiters.

Interview Process: 2 virtual interview rounds.

  • Coordinate and scheduleေတြ interviews for various positions, including reserving conference rooms and managing video conference setups.
  • Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding and preboarding processes.
  • Assist in creating and supporting offer letters and other recruitment documentation.
