Mortgage Empower Consultant

Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Mortgage Empower Lead Consultant. In this role, you will be a technology professional adding value across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will create detailed design artifacts, such as program specifications and test plans; independently develop and review code; and contribute to the go‑live plan. You will collaborate with top talent to innovate high‑quality, defect‑free solutions that meet our clients’ business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be credited for each year of education.
• Location for this position is Johnston, RI or Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX. Candidates must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate; travel to project locations may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Empower LOS, including configuration setups.

• At least 7 years of experience in the U.S. Mortgage space with Empower product knowledge.
• Experience in Empower LOS, including configuration setups.
• Strong understanding of Home Equity Loan business processes and required LOS changes.
• Experience with Dark Matter Empower version upgrades.
• Experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation/validation, and deployment.
• Experience with business analysis tools such as HP ALM and MS Visio.
• Team player with client‑interfacing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Desire to work in a global delivery environment.

The role requires extended periods of seated work and computer use. Candidates should be able to communicate via telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required in accordance with job responsibilities.
