You will handle incidents from intake to resolution, perform imaging, software deployment, and hardware replacements, and provide VIP deskside support as needed. Responsibilities include configuring Windows 10/11, using SCCM & Intune, administering Outlook/AD, maintaining security with Bit Locker, and aligning with ITIL and Service Now processes.
