Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender ready to showcase your talents in a dynamic environment? We're seeking 1 motivated individuals who can seamlessly transition between tending bar and delivering exceptional service. Join our team and be an integral part of our vibrant and remodeled restaurant which is busy and working in a culture of teamwork. We are looking for a part time experienced bartender/mixologist to join a seasoned team part time with a full time income potential.

$10.00 - $10.00 hourly based on level of bartending experience and availablility plus tips.

As a versatile Bartender, your primary role will encompass tending the bar and serving customers, based on the evolving needs of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include stocking, prepping, maintaining cleanliness, and providing outstanding service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.

• Welcome guests, assess their preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
• Curate and communicate drink menus, including new offerings and specials.
• Craft beverages, garnish glasses, and serve drinks with precision and flair.
• Verify legal drinking age and adhere to all alcohol-related regulations.
• Manage inventory and procure supplies for a well-stocked bar and tables.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining the cash register.
• Maintain a pristine work area by managing cleaning tasks and organizing equipment.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative cocktail recipes.

• High school diploma; additional education or relevant certifications are beneficial.
• Meets state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Engaging demeanor, professional appearance, and exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer operations.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and managing prolonged periods on your feet.
