Sales​/Retail Associate – Pools and Spas

We’re looking for a Sales/Retail Associate to help customers with their pool and spa needs while assisting with water testing, chemical sales, and product education. This is a full-time opportunity for someone ready to grow their career in the pool industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting pools, spas, and related products, ensuring a positive purchasing experience.
• Conduct water testing and provide accurate recommendations for chemical treatments and pool care.
• Educate customers on product features, water chemistry, and maintenance best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail environment with visually appealing product displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately and offer exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience.

• Experience Preferred: Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work full-time, including weekends during peak season.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of pools, spas, or water chemistry is a plus—willing to train the right candidate.
• Team Player: Dependable, punctual, and works well with others.

Competitive Pay: Based on experience ($15.00 – $30.00 per hour)
