We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a roofing project in Houston.
The successful candidate will have strong site management experience, ideally within roofing/construction, and must have proven experience working on listed or heritage buildings.
Key Requirements- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction/roofing sector
- Demonstrable experience working on listed or heritage buildings - evidence will be required
- SMSTS qualification - essential
- First Aid qualification - essential
- CSCS card - essential
- Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
- Ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site activities effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and site compliance

- Responsible for day-to-day site management and coordination
- Managing health & safety, programme and quality
- Liaising with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
