As a Care Worker with Cross Reach, you will support older people to live with dignity, comfort and independence. You will be part of a supportive team where the care you provide makes a genuine difference every day.

About you

You are caring, patient and reliable, with a strong respect for dignity in care. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or be willing to work towards it, have basic IT skills, be registered with the SSSC and be a member of the PVG Scheme. You are comfortable working within our Christian ethos. This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder is a practising Christian.

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
