OBJECTIVE: Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Member workers perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

Team Member workers perform many tasks with the families and peers throughout the park to ensure the guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.
EssentialJob Functions
- Attending customers as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
- Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information such as address, name, email address, and phone number using an iPad.
- Operating the front cash counter for receiving the exact bill amount from the guests, managing the cash flow by registering the amount of transactions on a daily basis, taking payment from guests by cash or card (credit card / debit card), and providing exact change to the guest if payment is made by cash.
- Verifying the amount displayed on the POS during billing transactions.
- Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream.
- Checking snack inventory and coordinating with management to order snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
- Walking the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park attendance rules, regulations and guidelines.
- Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing all park structures (e.g., tables, chairs, playground structures).
- Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring events operate efficiently.

- Must be able to work in noisy environments created by guests (children/yelling/music)
