This is an active, hands-on role where your energy, professionalism, and friendliness directly shape the customer experience.## What You’ll Do
* Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile
* Help customers understand and maximize the value of our Unlimited Wash Pass
* Support site operations through safety checks, equipment monitoring, and basic preventative maintenance
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment
* Stay engaged and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented shift

* This is a highly active, outdoor role. You will:
* Stand for most of your shift (up to 98%)
* Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Bend, walk, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs
* Work near moving equipment in a loud environment
