• DDS/ DMD degree and an active, unrestricted license in the state of Colorado
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• A desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• Access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job‑related functions; regular HIPAA training will be required, and you will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.

• Perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions; the test will be arranged during the pre‑employment process. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
