D, X-ray, and lab onsite, emphasizing patient-centered, high-quality care and seamless, coordinated healthcare.

Some additional details about the position:

• Average patient volume: 18-20/day
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• Clinic open Mon-Fri, 4x10 schedule
• Shared call, phone consult only
• Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support
• Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one).
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Banner Health's total compensation package includes:

• Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience) plus incentives
• $100K educational loan repayment
• $60K sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
• Up to $18K resident stipend
• Paid CME days and malpractice
• Excellent benefit package options that provide security for you and your family
• This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness
