At Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital
, we are passionate about patient care! We provide critical care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries and has earned The Joint Commission’s Respiratory Failure Certification.

Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. At our 20-bed hospital, we are a free-standing, long-term acute care hospital serving patients in Colorado, Wyoming and Western Nebraska.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluates and treats patients with breathing disorders. Performs lab functions. Assumes primary responsibility for all respiratory care treatments. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Posted Total Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $28.10 - 40.00 Night Shift Differential RT:$5.00/hr. for night shift Monday – Thursday $8.00/hr. for night shift Friday - Sunday.

Minimum Salary

USD $35.27/Hr.

Maximum Salary

USD $42.16/Hr.
