** What You’ll Do
** As the
** Director of Clinical Services (Therapy Focused)**, you will lead the therapy department and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. You will:
* Oversee therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy programs.
* Supervise, mentor, and evaluate therapists, case managers, and clinical support staff.
* Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
* Develop and implement therapeutic programming that supports recovery and patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure an integrated care approach.
* Provide clinical oversight, training, and professional development opportunities for therapists.
* Monitor documentation, treatment planning, and utilization review to ensure quality and efficiency.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
* Independent clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
* 3+ years of experience in behavioral health therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Strong background in psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Must be 21 years or older.
