• Pay is $22.81/hr with a shift differential of $2.00/hr from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Prepare glaze/icing mixture: lift bags of ingredients, load them into the mixing kettle, and monitor batch production, completing about one glaze batch per hour.
• Dip ingredients into buckets: combine specified weights of each ingredient, carry the bucket to the kettle, and dump mixed ingredients, completing a batch every hour.
• Pump mixture into the large mixing bowl: operate hand valves to ensure efficient machine performance and move the filler trough as needed.
• Oversee the Honey Bun Fryer: operate hand valves to regulate grease, monitor temperature, and ensure proper frying.
• Operate within the facility’s Security Program and adhere to all internal food safety and quality policies.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, including EEO, sexual harassment prevention, Global Food Safety Standards, HACCP, safety, and Sarbanes‑Oxley.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management, such as adhering to schedules, attendance policies, and other operational rules.

• One or more years of production experience as a helper with basic knowledge of mixer procedures.

• No educational prerequisite; must demonstrate the ability to read, comprehend, and record necessary information for the job.
