Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule:
Sunday 11:30am - 8:00pm and Monday - Thursday 3:00pm-11:30pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work at heights up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as business needs arise.
- Perform other job‑related tasks and follow supervisor instructions, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical demands: You must be qualified to visually, audibly, physically, and mentally operate equipment safely. Frequently lift products up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting) or use mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except steel/composite toe boots. All team members must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for compliant use of protective equipment.
Work environment: You may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants may be present.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (non‑THC).
