• Pay is $22.81 /hr. Shift differential is $2.00 /hr from 5 PM to AM. Benefits may vary by location.

• Prepare glaze/icing mixture by lifting ingredients onto a 36‑in. lift table and loading the mixing kettle.
• Mix ingredient batches of 12–25 lb and 5 lb by handling a bucket and dumping the contents into the kettle.
• Operate the hand valve to pump glaze/icing/filler mixture into a large mixing bowl and push the filler trough a few feet to the filler machine.
• Oversee the Honey Bun fryer by regulating grease pumped into the fryer and maintaining proper temperature.
• Operate within the parameters of the facility’s security program regarding site and product security.
• Ensure compliance with all internal food safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including EEO, sexual harassment, global food safety standards, HACCP, safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.
• Perform other duties deemed integral by management, including but not limited to work schedule fulfillment and attendance policies.

• One or more years of production experience as a helper and basic knowledge of mixer procedures.

• No educational prerequisite; however, must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record necessary information applicable to the job.
