** What You’ll Do
** As the
** Director of Nursing (DON)**, you will lead our nursing department and ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. You will:
* Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations.
* Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff to support professional growth and excellent patient care.
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and leadership to improve treatment outcomes.
* Ensure evidence-based practices in psychiatric nursing, medication management, and crisis intervention.
* Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and department performance improvement.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Current
** RN license** (in good standing).
* ** BSN required**; MSN or healthcare leadership degree preferred.
* 3+ years of nursing leadership experience (psychiatric/behavioral health preferred).
* Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
* Must be 21 years or older.
